Training organization is a big part of their Global Learning & Development activities. They have various types of residential training events taking place all over the world, throughout the year. The courses are focused on leadership and operational skills enhancements to support the colleagues in their professional growth. The content and event size can vary from 25 to 160 attendees gathering branch managers or senior leaders from different market segments.
The learning & development team handles every step of the planning, delivery, and follow-up. They are responsible for creating event booklets, managing participant’s registrations, building website content and translations. This is the reason why it’s so important for them to have a complete and reliable event management platform.
As the training organization processes started to become more and more demanding and the number of courses and logistical complexity increased, the solution that they previously had in place wasn’t scalable and it couldn’t keep up with the department growth.
They ran an RFP (request for proposal) expecting to collect as much information as possible about potential suppliers and find the one that offered them the right solution. Azavista came in late in the process and presented all the key features and solutions the Adecco Group Academy needed.
One of the most important things for the event planners is to build branded websites and dynamic registration forms that can be easily translated. Our platform allows them to not only translate the content to any language they need but it also allows to customize both websites and registration forms to match their corporate brand identity. Using multiple registration forms, they are able to manage the different participant types, such as participants of specific courses and trainers. They handle the registration of the different participant types via the same event, as they can customize the different registration forms according to each group’s requirements, easy and simple.
Most of the communication between participants, trainers and the event team is done through email which is another crucial aspect to them. Azavista’s software enables them to create smart automatic emails that can be translated and scheduled to be sent out at any time before, during or after an event according to specific rules set by the planner.
Using our robust reporting feature they export participants data multiple times which is used to order badges, create booklets or to book hotel rooms.
They are also able to have real-time data and create specific reports as and when they need on elements such as: chosen activities per participant or the progress of an email campaign.
