Azavista Advanced Customer Support (AACS) delivers tailored support services to all users in order to initiate, maintain and maximize the performance and adoption of the Azavista platform. From on-site training sessions to self-paced e-learning, Azavista offers training sessions, webinars and gamified training programs that help  users develop Azavista expertise using the method that’s best for each individual or department. Online tutorials, videos and guides are also available. Support packages vary from standard, to extended business hours and 24/7 support. A multi-lingual support (English, French, German, Spanish, Dutch) can also be provided.


Currently, the Azavista platform is localized and available in 5 languages: English, French, German, Spanish and Dutch. This allows both planners and supplies to work in the language of their choice, efficiently facing possible language barriers and miscommunication is fostered.
