How Endress+Hauser is using Azavista to organize their events and collect attendees' data
Endress+Hauser is a global leader in measurement instrumentation, services, and solutions for industrial process engineering. The family-owned business offers comprehensive process solutions for flow, level, pressure, analysis, temperature, recording and digital communications optimizing processes in regards to economic efficiency, safety, and environmental protection.
For more than 60 years, Endress+Hauser has been providing equipment to a wide range of industries, including water and wastewater, power and energy, chemicals, food and beverage, and oil and gas. From measuring devices to calibration management solutions, Endress+Hauser offers high-quality, reliable products designed to meet their clients’ specific needs.
With various events organized every month, Endress+Hauser was looking for a centralized event platform where all events would be collected and processed. The platform is also intended to ensure that the information for each event is displayed the same way – for a uniform user experience.
Since there were no event technology solutions in place before, Endress+Hauser was looking for an all-in-one tool event platform, which meets their enterprise requirements. And it should allow the event organizers to save time, instead of navigating through different tools.
Ultimately, they wanted to migrate the different tools they have in one solution: Azavista!
Endress+Hauser soon discovered that Azavista offers not only the creation of events but also the sharing and management of each of them.
A dedicated CSM from our team followed each step of their onboarding: basic training, first usage, advanced training, onsite face-to-face workshops, multilingual events, specific enterprise requirements (e.g. sub-organizations within the main organization, specific network authentication settings, strict layout branding) and integration planning.
The main advantage that our platform offers is the ability to have centralized events and participants data tools, acting as the “point of truth” for all internal and external events. We were able to put in place a structured training strategy, where our CSM team trained 100+ users on how to use the platform according to their specific needs.
We have a very good relationship with Endress+Hauser’s event teams in Europa, USA, and Asia, which is very satisfied with the platform. The events are running smoothly – from the setup in Azavista to the delegate registration and event reporting! Also, as we work together as partners, Endress+Hauser has given us valuable feedback and suggestions, such as new features and concepts that could be added to make our solution even better.
