Setup Group Allocations
Our module allows you to easily set up group blocks with pre and post nights as per your contracted hotels. Also, you can add different room types, different contracted rates per night and update the allocation. Moreover, there's an option to add the cancellation conditions so you can keep track of your cancellation periods and costs.
Enable participants to select hotels
In the registration forms you can allow participants to select the required arrival, departure dates and room type. You can also allow to select a specific hotel or just let them select a hotel category so that you still have flexibility in using your allocations.
Keep track of progress
During the registration process, participants will request the rooms, you can choose a setting where the allocation automatically gets filled. Also, you can have a clear overview of the available rooms per night and can easily adjust allocations depending developments. Plus, there's a setting where participants can pay for extra rooms and nights!
Participant Room Sharing
Another unique feature of our module is the participant room sharing feature. Some corporate and enterprise organizations have internal policies for room sharing between same sex employees. With room sharing feature participants can select who they like the share with, the other participant can then approve this.
Hotel billing and cost control
Our RoomBlock module allows you to control the hotel invoice for your group booking. Very often hotel invoices are a big puzzle to resolve, however now you have a real time billing overview, which can be easily shared with respective hotel. In addition you can keep cost control if you notice that allocation can be decreased.
